All orders placed are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance.
Due to the personalized nature of our work:
- All custom orders are final sale
- Orders cannot be canceled once production or planning has begun
Please review all details carefully prior to submission. Forever Mine Events is not responsible for errors submitted by the client.

For event planning, design, and decor services:
- Retainers are required and non-refundable
- Payments are non-refundable once planning or execution begins
- Client cooperation and timely communication are required to ensure successful delivery
