Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy
At Forever Mine Events, we specialize in creating refined, custom-tailored experiences and designs that are intentionally curated for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we uphold the following policies to preserve the integrity, time, and artistry invested into every project.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
All custom designs, products, and services are final sale. Once an order is confirmed and/or production or planning has begun, it is non-refundable. Each piece is uniquely created and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Retainers (Deposits)
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. A retainer secures your event date, reserves your placement within our calendar, and covers the initial design, consultation, and preparation process.
Client Approval & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all design proofs, event details, spelling, dates, and selections prior to production.
Approval signifies full acceptance. Forever Mine Events is not liable for any errors once final approval has been granted.
Design Integrity & Revisions
We are committed to excellence and precision. If an error occurs on our behalf, it will be corrected promptly and at no additional cost. Resolutions may include:
- Revisions, reprints, or replacements
- Design corrections
- A partial or full refund, issued at our sole discretion
Cancellations
- Cancellations requested prior to the start of production or planning may be considered for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable retainer
- Once production, sourcing, or design execution has begun, all payments are non-refundable
Event Planning & Design Services
Due to the extensive time, coordination, and resources involved:
- All payments made toward event services are non-refundable once planning or design work has commenced
- In the event of cancellation, any completed work, secured vendors, rentals, and materials will be accounted for and deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable)
Shipping & Fulfillment
Forever Mine Events is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in filing claims where applicable.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or acts of God—we will make every effort to reschedule or provide reasonable accommodations. Refunds are not guaranteed under these conditions.
